REFUND POLICY

All our products are personalized and made specifically for you. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been placed.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.

To report a problem, please email us at contact@greatgiftalley.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

EXCEPTIONS
As our products are personalized and made to order, they are exempt from standard return rights. However, if your item arrives damaged or is not as described, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

EU 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Please note: Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are clearly personalised or custom-made. Because all of our products are made to order based on your specifications, this exemption applies and no right of withdrawal exists once production has begun.
