How Personalization Works

Creating your perfect personalized gift is simple. Here's how it works:

Step 1 – Choose your product

Browse our collection and select the product you'd like to personalize.

Step 2 – Add your details

Fill in the personalization fields — this could be a name, date, message, or photo, depending on the product. Take your time and double-check your spelling, as we produce exactly what you enter.

Step 3 – Place your order

Once you're happy with your details, add the item to your cart and complete your purchase.

Step 4 – We get to work

As soon as your order is confirmed, we start creating your unique item. Because everything is made to order, production typically takes 3–5 business days.

Step 5 – Delivery to your door

Once your order is ready, it is carefully packaged and shipped to you. You'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Important: Please check all personalization details carefully before placing your order. Since every item is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or make changes once production has begun.
